How to produce "Connection Information"

I have Win 7 Home Premium, SP 1. Router is "Technicolor TG582n"
Someone in a different post was able to post the information below. I would be grateful to know how to produce this info. (Although the info is public, I've redacted it to prevent my head being cut off  Wink )
