How much free space should there be?

How much free space should there be on a brand new 64GB cruzer blade by sandisk?

this is what shows when I open up "properties" on it...

@shutter looks about right. Remember 64Gb is 64,000,000,000 bytes not 64*1024^3 bytes.

@HairyMcbiker Thanks for the info.... just wondered as there seems to be about 6GB missing from the available space  showing 58+ GB ..... !

I shall be erasing the sandisk stuff anyway !... before using it.
