I'm a new user to Plusnet. How long does it normally take to get an answer to a ticket? I raised #65199022 this time yesterday with a very simple question about my upcoming installation and I'm rather surprised that 24 hours later it still hasn't been responded to. Is that par for the course with Plusnet?
Normally for the type of ticket you've raised I'd expect it to have been replied to by now. I'll get one of the team to check the order for you and respond asap.
