How long for query to be answered?

Hi, can you please tell me how much longer I have to wait for my query to be answered?
I posted it on Friday at 8.15pm and is still awaiting a response.

Your query has to go through to our Networks Team which is why it's taking longer than expected for us to get back to you. We'll get back to you as quickly as we can though - sorry for the delay.

When ive submitted a ticket before it has never taken this long.....
