How long for MAC to come through?

Raised a ticket last week, was passed on to action, 7 days later still no action.
I inadvertently cancelled that ticket  and opened another, #103870026 - can this be expedited please?
I know I should call, but am so fed up with the peak time service I am getting, the last thing I want to do is hang on to speak to someone.

you can't request a MAC by ticket - you need to phone cancellations or write in using snail mail

As Jim says, to obtain a MAC it's either a call or letter, it's not something we supply over the ticket system.

Strange. PN are the only isp that have used that wontt accept a ticket request for a mac. Will try and ring whilst at work tomorrow.
