How long does it take Plus Net to respond to a ticket?!

I raised a ticket at 2.39am. The average response time was listed at 7 hours. That means so far they are 5 hours late!

I apologize if I came across a little rude. I have received much faster response time on previous occasions so I was getting a little frustrated.
