How do you turn off Speech Recognitions W7 pse ?

A friend of mine has asked me this question.....
How do you turn off Speech Recognition in W7.....
I have Vista... so not sure... but have found how to access Speech Recognition....  ( suspect there may be a switch on that  don`t want to go further, in case it disables my keyboard...)
