How do i take a screenshot of a email

I've been asked by plusnet to take a screenshot of a email I received from my old provider but how do I go about doing this as I cannot get it to copy the whole email.

You could print it to a pdf instead.
http://www.pdfforge.org/pdfcreator will do that.

use the print screen button on your keyboard, open paint and hit ctl +v to paste it then save as a .jpg file and attach to the email for PlusNet or post it directly into the email, another option that will also work is to go into the email folder select the relevant one and hit forward in the email client, then put in plusnets email address and send it with the case /ticket number as the subject line.
now you have 3 ways to give them the info Tongue
just because your paranoid doesn't mean they aren't out to get you

If it's a recent version of windows use Snipping Tool.

Thanks for attaching that to the ticket curtains, as soon as I have a response on the escalation I raised I'll be back in touch via the ticket.
Thanks again for your patience.
