Connect a blu ray player to a wireless network????
Running a Netgear DG834N Rangemax router which is based upstairs and is WDS capable. I want to hook up the player to the internet so I can get the BD Live content and firmware updates - the player only has a wired ethernet port.

What is the make and model of your player? You might be able to download it offline and install it.
Otherwise it might be worth looking at a wireless bridge that you can hook up to your ethernet port on your blu player http://www.expansys.com/p.aspx?i=127730

You might want to take a look at this clever piece of kit http://www.solwise.co.uk/3g-routers.htm
One of its modes is as a 'Wireless Client', connect your player to one of its ethernet ports and you should be able to connect to your wireless network.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
