Plusnet cannot find a payment that I made to them and they have asked me to send a 'screenshot' of my Visa statement that shows to payment made to them.
I cannot get 'screenshot' to work, have tried the alt+print screen and ctrl+v method but does not seem to work! What can I do?
Any help or advice would be much appreciated. I'm using XP Pro.

Try opening up Microsoft Paint and then paste (ctrl+v) into that and then save the document.
You could then attach that file into an email.

Easier way - assuming you are using a version of word which supports it
Take a screen print clicking Print Scrn only
Open a new document in word then click on insert the picture then new drawing
Right click in the new drawing and select paste
Having said all that it may be easier to install Faststone Image viewer http://www.faststone.org/ where you can copy only the part you actually want and paste it as a new image

Many thanks Oldjim and James, did not find either methods very successful but did in the end manage to get a 'pic' of my statement to them. Just very disappointed that Plusnet did not take my word that payment had been sent even after I had sent them a text document ot the said Visa statement.
