Orange webmail lets me view my emails in html and I'm trying to add my force9 mail with no success. Has anyone done this successfully and, if so, how did you do it?
Every time I type in my force9 email address, I get the following message:-
Sorry, there was a problem trying to setup connection to your non-Orange email account. Please try again later.
Please help

Basically you don't. Orange webmail only has access to their own mail servers, just as F9/Plusnet only has access to theirs. To access F9 webmail click here and choose Force9 from the drop down list where it says "Log in to".

Thanks for your reply, but I'm already using F9 webmail.
I'm asking the question because I got the following message from Orange:
Hello
As you can see, we took your advice and gave our email a bit of a makeover:
- All your emails in one place. It is time consuming to check all your different email addresses,
so we have made it so you can see them, even your non-Orange email, all together.
- Add up to 5 aliases to save time writing out full email addresses
- Find and view attachments quickly and easily within your email
- Slideshow viewer will show you holiday pictures attached to the email without having to
downwload the files
- Improved layout to the settings page
Enjoy.
I'm now going to try asking the question on Orange forums

Does it ask for any server addresses or usernames when you're setting it up?

This is my reply to Orange five minutes ago:-
Start
Your instructions are :- step 1 - open the "setting up my other accounts" page
I haven't got a "setting up my other accounts" page and
I haven't got a 'My other mailboxes' page.
When I go to "My Settings - Your email addresses" and click on within "Edit your email address settings"
then type "mail@paszki.force9.co.uk" into the box within "add an existing email address" I still get the message:-
"Sorry, there was a problem trying to setup connection to your non-Orange email account. Please try again later."
I have attached a partial screenshot of the page after "My Settings"
Finish
I've attached the screenshot here. Waiting for a reply

it looks different on mine, I am no longer an orange customer so don't have it with the orange ISP email settings - just retaining the one old fsmail account & using it as a junk account
on that fsmail account there definitely is a 'my other mailboxes' bit
I also found that webmail a bit irritating & switched 99% of my emails to gmail before joining plusnet -- much, much easier
if you still like using orange webmail & you are now a plusnet customer remember the old account & access to its associated emails will be cut off after a few months BUT if you create a new webmail account with them you will probably have the functionality you want
