How about a Wireless/Broadband bundle ?

Hi PlusNet Marketing team,
Now you're part of the BT family, how about offering a package for home/SOHO users that bundles together both broadband at home and use of Wi-Fi hotspots (Openzone) on a monthly basis, similar to the BT packages instead of paying for them all seaparately & needing to pre-pay for the Wi-fi ? I know you can add this as a £9 option, but by the time you've done that the monthly cost will be cheaper to switch providers.........

Hi there,
This seems like an ideal solution, unfortunately, we are restricted by the billing processes which inhibit this Openzone product. As you can imagine these items would be particularly difficult and time consuming to build, migrate and maintain the product given the small amount of benefits the changes would provide to PlusNet both in the long term and short term. There are definately benefits to be had by imposing such a solution and i've added your comments to our Ideas pool so we can give this some more thought.
For your info - we have a weekly meeting to chat about every idea in the pool, as you can imagine circumstances change very quickly in the broadband market.
