If you've got room, go for a full custom loop with a swiftech mcp355, a decent sized rad (240 or 280 if it'll fit), 1/2" ID tubing and I like Feser One coolant (non-conductive). I've also got one of these: http://koolance.com/rp-401x2-single-5-25in-reservoir-for-1-2-pmp-400-pumps and can't recommend it highly enough. Fits the reservoir and a pump in a single 5.25" bay very neatly, has easy filling ports and room for a second loop if you decide to go for water cooled graphics down the line.
It'll be pricey, but it'll last you several builds

Would feel pretty nervous trying this though, I am happy with the 4.5, but going to 7.1,

Nearly £9 cheaper at ebuyer.
http://www.ebuyer.com/409191-amd-fx-6300-3-5ghz-socket-am3-14mb-cache-retail-boxed-processor-fd6300w...
All the reviews I have read points to the Kraken X60 being the coolest, only by a couple of degrees though, the H100i, seems to be the most popular and Dabs have them for £90. A lot of rumbling about the noise of the H100i, but it seems the latest firmware may have fixed it, or you could get some quieter fans if it is too noisy. The swiftec H220 is a all in one cooler, but it is also expandable, so you can add more stuff to it, another rad, another heatsinc for you GFX, but they have been out for about 9 months and out of stock for about 8 months ::).
I was going to go for the Kraken X40 single fan radiator because I cant fit a double radiator because of the lid on my case, but the X40 is a 140mm and my rear fan is only 120mm. Then you start looking and see that some double radiators have a gap of 20mm, and some 25mm (can't remember the exact gap) so you have to check the spacing on your case to see which one fits. The gap might not matter but just a heads up for you.

Have you tried ARMA 3 on Steam yet ? I am enjoying it, I had a look the other day and was quite surprised to see I had clocked up 100 + hours, I thought I had clocked up maybe 20 hours at the most.
