Homehub 6 odd firmware upgrade yesterday morning.

My Homehub 6A has been running fine until yesterday morning:

Could I ask if anyone else had an upgrade at 8am on the 03/12/2018?

It is really annoying as the unit is now not at all happy!

Log attached - I have nothing to compare it with and the device is showing as upgraded on the 01-october-2018 to firmware SG4B1000B540.

Many thanks

Andrew

Re: Homehub 6 odd firmware upgrade yesterday morning.

From a quick search on the BT forum this firmware has been around since March so many thousands of people must be using it. I now use a Businee version, which uses different firmware.

In what way is it unhappy, for some reason I can’t open your attachment, Have you tried a factory reset and setting it up again?

Re: Homehub 6 odd firmware upgrade yesterday morning.

I have re-saved the log and added the about jpg for the modem which clearly shows the firmware updated a while back....

Anyone out there know how to get a dump of caches beyond the log?

The unit has lost the plusnet login but is extremely slow and hangy and not what I would expect.

and the timing of the update.... surely not!

Re: Homehub 6 odd firmware upgrade yesterday morning.

My Smart Hub  is firmware version  SG4B1000B540 . updated 21 May 2018

As previously suggested do a Reset to factory settings and reconfigure or you may be unlucky and it has just broke.
