Anyone have any idea how much plusnet charge to set up a new line and move services over? I did try and call but was put through to an extremely unhelpful young man who would not give me a straight answer, and I raised this issue in a complaint - that has still not been responded to.
thinking of moving the service to my mother in laws who has no active line - so need to know the price.
I'm leaving the country to be with my husband on a military base.

If a new line needs to be installed it's £49.99
