Help with reimageplus

Hi, I'm not a tech bod but need help with reimageplus that has popped up on laptop. I've tackled a pup before and now when I go on Google it has www.istartsurf.com, the only iffy thing I can find is this reimageplus, but when I Google it some sites like pcworld say its OK and other say get rid of it. Would like advise from real people!
