Help quickly please SPAM "a message you sent has been blocked by bulk spam email

I have just had 91 of these - have I got a virus or is that a really stupid question.
I am using av software, firewall etc  and am presently scanning with everything I have.....
What has happened?

I have been into my mail account and disabled "catch all" which has stopped the onslaught.
Am I sending these e-mails?

There's nothing there for you to worry about. A spammer is using an fake email address on your domain to send emails to other people. It usually lasts a day or so before they move on to some other victim.
