@boodysaspie your wan configuration should be PPPoE not static ip.
The ip is still allocated by plusnet, even with a static ip, it just always allocates the same one.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
