Help for Friend Urgent

Hi  hope someone from PN reads these, I have referred a friend to PN leaving the crap that is Talktalk.  he is without a phone.  he has just received letter confirming his details from PN.
But the guy is disabled with severe conditions and just dianosed with Big C      I would appreciate if you can contact me and I will PM his details so hopefully he has a life line on landline
