Hi,

A small USG3 with an 8 port PoE switch and AC-Lite should be plenty for a small flat.

I work day to day deploying UniFi into multiple distribution environments and know the product(s) very well and am happy to answer any questions you have.

a good place to start is on YouTube and watch a guy called Chris who uses the channel name Crosstalk Solutions. Very informative.
