Hi had to post this here cos Help assistant wont let me post any more questions without closing some open ones but there does nt seem to be an option for closing them only for viewing them? I have just spoken to someone about an on going problem but that ticket is nowhere to be seen either in closed or open questions. I have three questions open for billing and phone problems is this preventing me from being updated on an older ticket? How do you close a resolved question? This must sound really stupid
Help Assistant will only permit 3 open questions which includes those opened by Plusnet as a result of calling the CSC. Unfortunately there is no way for users to close the latter when the problem has been resolved. They will self-close after 14 days waiting for a user response; alternatively you can ask the CSC to close them by responding to the effect that you agree the problem is resolved and requesting the CSC to "please close the ticket". Otherwise call the CSC and make the request.
