That guarantee is much more general than that and applies to almost all purchases of Office 2007 from any outlet within the appropriate time window(s).

So presumably if you bought it from here (if eligible) http://www.microsoft.com/student/discounts/theultimatesteal-uk/default.aspx then you'd get Office 2010 the Ultimate version if their will be one?
