HTview -----"threat" or "no - threat" ? ? ?

Got nothing better to do so thought I would go through my "program files" and see what I haven`t used for ages, and/or what I don`t need/intend to use, and have a clear out.....
came across this folder  entitled
HTview
looked at the contents and all it has is "uninstall.exe"
so went to google and came up with this page of info.....
http://www.threatexpert.com/report.aspx?md5=1550f10c9335746d553d0730559b0f43
but not sure what it means.....  Embarrassed
If it is a threat, (back door trojan) and I click on uninstall.exe that may be the start of something nasty....
so I am not going there until someone on here can advise me.!  Undecided
Any offers? Please?  Undecided
(am running AVG FREE 8.5 and it is up to date... auto daily scans, and no reports of anything suspicious)

Re: HTview -----"threat" or "no - threat" ? ? ?

Just downloaded Malwarebytes Anti-malware and did a scan on the folder..... it reported "1 object infected".....  it also showed it as a DNS changer.... so I had the prog remove it...... just re-booted, and checked..... HTview folder is still there but it shows as "empty".... so will now erase the folder, and then do a reg clean.
Thanks  again.
