Although I have been using the HP Pro 9180 printer for four years, I have never used the Speciality feed, ie for thick or large paper. Now I do wish to use the facility I haven't been able to manually feed the paper into the "start" position. The paper appears to get as far as the rollers then no further!
Has anyone got a 9180 and can advise me or, as I suspect, am I the only 9180 user in the country?
