HEUR trojan script

I was silly enough to open a E-mail attachment and now have a trojan,(HEUR  trojan script) i have kaspersky anti virus and I ran a scan the anti virus now says protection is at risk,it says the data bases are up to date and the protection components are running,but it wont let me delete the virus. Please can anyone help. Ted

reading around you'd be best off posting on the kaspersky forum pages https://forum.kaspersky.com/ seems there can be false positives, so best to get them to help you.
