My Bridge won't connect through the Technicolor router. It is connected via Ethernet cable. I have tested all 4 ports and they work when I disable Wi Fi on my Lap Top and use the cable to get on the net.
Green Energy Options have gone through the equipment over the phone and even provided fresh bridges. I am now on my 3rd but it just flashes and the green lights flash on my router saying it is connected. What have I got to set my Router to in order for the Bridge to connect with The site so that I view my Solar PV generating Stats?
