Granola - Any Good?

I have just been reading about Granola power saving software. Before I download and install it I thought I would see if any of you guys have used it and how well it worked?

None whatsoever, all that happens when you post negative comments in the windows forum is you waste people's time responding to update emails only to find it is pointless post..
