Can anyone help with the configuration setting to connect a Grandstream HT486 REV 2.0 to plusnet VOIP. I have tried the setting suggested in the FAQ but the Greatstream has more settings and whatever I try I cannot get it to register with plusnet Thanks
Hi. I have a Grandstream BudgeTone100 and also having the same problem. Yet the phone works fine when configured for www.sipgate.co.uk. Anyone had any joy?
I don't have that model but on the GXP-2000 there is an config option on each port - NAT Traversal (STUN) - which must be set to "YES" to work on PlusTalk.
