Frustration with Help Centre

Hi
I am trying to create a question in the Help Centre but cannot as I am told that I have four open questions already.
But three of these are not questions that I have created; they are 'messages' from yourself.  I therefore cannot close them.  The fourth message is an ongoing technical problem that I do not wish to close.

I've closed a couple of the internally raised ones, you should be able to create a new ticket now. Let me know if you have any issues.
