Fritzbox 7590

anyone had a look at the new Fritzbox 7590?

quite a nice piece of kit (albeit it expensive).
supports supervectoring and lots of telephone features too (answer phone, call blocking etc etc)

Also seems to support a USB backup drive (not a NAS, as claimed).

Presumably having support for VDSL2 profile 35b / supervectoring will be pointless in this country. We're going with G.fast instead. The Fritzbox 7590 is probably more targeted for Germany.

From the firmware, it appears to be Lantiq (now part of Intel) chipset based, probably VRX 500-series DSL chip.

well it is a german made product, so not surprising it's primary target is germany.
