Frequency of an event - andriod app

I'm looking for an Android app that will record the time (say onto a continuous quickoffice spreadsheet) every touch of the screen.
any ideas?
edit - not windows software - could mods move to a better thread please

I don't know of anything .. but it sounds like a very simple 'my first app' idea, if you have the time
