Freenetname, time to move domain :-(

Hello I would like to begin moving my domain name (from freenetname) to Ionos. Need some help to begin the process. 

 

This needs to be seemless as my domain supports my email address. Thanks for help with this matter,

We've raised this to the right team and we'll get that done as soon as possible

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role

Thanks @MatthewWheeler I see that the madasafish ticket is closed, can you advise when the switch over is expected to take place?

No problem @rockyd 

It can take up to 72 hours in some cases but your new host should let you know once the domain is with them

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
