My son's girlfriend is off to Africa in the summer for 6 months, to do something worthwhile before going to uni. She intends taking a camera (of course) and her laptop. She wants to be able to upload her photo's so that she can keep them in case of emergencies (damage, theft or whatever), and so that family can see (some) of what she's doing.
She said last night that she intends leaving her camera and laptop behind, when she comes home, so that they can be used out there by the group she's going to work with, so saving the photos on the laptop isn't the best solution. Does anyone know where she can go?
John

Thanks for the replies. The problem with Flickr, is that you can only see the last couple of hundred, unless you have a paid for account. Picassa may be an option (or a combination of both of course)
Thanks again

You can get free email and file sharing from
http://mail-eu.gmx.com/
with a limit of 5 gig and it lets you share folders so other can use it. So that is a good option the other is create Google mail account and email them theres another few gig of space.
There are other emails who offer gigs of disk space you can create one just for the trip with no other documents and give the logon details out to those who you want to share or let someone take control for her and back them up
