Free dial-up number

I'm with Metronet  (the poor relations??). I've been looking around the web site for the free dial-up number but can't find it. I remember when I first signed up nearly 5 years ago it was advertised quite prominently and it's still mentioned but the actual number is either not on the web site or is hard to find.
Can anyone tell me what it is?
(May need it soon the way my speeds have been gradually sagging recently).

Re: Free dial-up number

When you raise a fault ticket you are provided with a. free dial up number assuming it works the same as for Plusnet

Blimey, that's testing my memory.

I don't think we did a "free" dialup service on Metronet, just an 0845.  I'm having a dig around though.
Nope, still can't see anything about 0800 numbers on the 2005 Metronet website, so that might mean my memory is working ok.

Re: Free dial-up number

OK, it must have been an 0845 No. As there's no monthly fee my memory must done a bit of a shuffle. Looks as if the number for me would be 0845 604 1679.
