I currently use PlusNet Broadband Plus up to 8Mb. Do I have to upgrade to another package to obtain a free wireless router, or can I raise a ticket to receive one?
The free routers are only available when you are on a Broadband Your Way product, so you will need to switch to one of the BBYW packages then raise a ticket to request the free router. BBYW option 2 is probably the matching product to BB+
