Forgettery trouble: Plusnet FTTC and Routerstats Lite

I have ahd problems with my prefreed router, so needed to revert to PN's Hub One.

I am wanting to use Routerstats Lite, but cannot remember what to put in as the router model to make Routerstats Lite work.

Can someone guide me, please, or have it to install the full version?
