Yes, have to be cafeful with Facebook.
If you're not doing much work then don't make it too obvious by leaving a large trail of activity behind

In our department (which is tech support) we have largely unrestricted net access because we have to test all of the sites we support and verify that the net connection is working.
Technology can help of course but when all is said and done the person should be responsible for their actions and so personally I'm all for avoiding the problem in the first place.
