Im not sure i use IE8. but i had my java set to update automatically and ran several manual checks the last few months on my java updates and it said i was upto date, However i was Not upto date as i later discovered, I was two behind, so now going through all my stuff to ensure everythings up to date!!

Thanks for that link Pierre-Pierre ive just downloaded it, I also came across this earlier which may prove useful for some folk's, Its from filehippo.com and checks your software is upto date and even includes a few Beta's i was unaware even existed....
