Firefox - Reminder Fox help needed please

Have had to install a new HDD in my laptop... I have managed to re-install all progs and files, ( I think)... but I need help to re-install all the reminders I had on my Reminderfox.... I can still access my old HDD, despite it not booting (I use Ubuntu 9.10 Live cd)....
Can anyone tell me where, if at all, I can find the necessary bit that holds all the reminder dates, and how I then extract that (copy and paste?) into my new edition of Firefox. please?

The default storage is C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\1u6yccur.default\reminderfox\reminderfox.ics
To export right-click and select Options/File tab.
Select  Import or export Reminders and ToDo's (top one) and click Export.
You can do the same for preferences just below
When you have set up the new computer do the reverse i.e. Import.
