File transfer

Helo  I am trying to transfer my old Home Folder to a new laptop using Warpinator  ,unfortunately  the Network rRuter reports that there are no devices connected even though my new laptop ,my old laptop and my phone are all using the plusnet connection over wifi with no problem. 

Q. What can be done to enable  file transfer  over my  Plusnet Network Router ?

Have you installed Warpinator on both machines?
There isn't anything on the router to prevent the machines talking to each other.

Hello yes Warpinator is installed on both machines . After I reset  my router through the web interface Warpinator  can now connect . Thank you .
