File sharing sites

I am wanting to share files with colleagues located throughout the world. I was wondering if anybody had experience of file sharing sites. In particular, any that they would recommend.

We've used yousendit.com before with no problems.
You can sign up for a free account which gives 40GB per month with 2GB file size limit.

Depend how big and how many files but havent you got free webspace with your account? If so why not use that?
