Favourites Toolbar problems

Some of my Favourites have appeared more than once on my Favourites Tool bar. I can't find a way to delete the duplicates or to get the others into groups, either alphabetical or topical. I'm using Windows XP but it may be Google that owns the tool bar.

Not sure which browser you're using but:
1. Can't you right click and hit delete?
2. Can't you drag'n'drop to reposition?
