Faulty Nokia Lumia 520
Purchased refurbished phone, on eBay, from reputable dealer - present for daughter whose phone has nearly died.
Took delivery of Kingston 32Gb micro sd card and popped into phone. For first time ever a card wasn't recognised.
Tried card in another phone - no problems. Also worked ok in usb card reader.
Phone going back and have bought new one on Amazon with delivery tomorrow - have to take it to flat cap and whippet land on Thursday
Such a rare fault that I doubt slot was ever checked.

New phone worked perfectly and would appear that nobody else has seen this problem.
First reactions to this phone, which runs Windows 8, are very positive and screen is extremely responsive.
Typical that £6 cheaper two days later from same source
Next time I'm sourcing something I'll look better at Amazon. Ordered 9am Sunday morning and here just over 24 hours later.
