Fault tracking tools

When a fault occurs with my broadband service, I find the pictorial graphs showing when disconnects occur really useful in trying to track down what may have caused them.
Is this information available (or planned to be available) as a tool for the user to access, or is it only available via a request to the PN staff?
Thanks.

Re: Fault tracking tools

It's currently only available to staff, we are looking to see if/how we can get the same information for you to see.
