Facebook & You Tube problems

Hi folk, are anyone having problems getting onto Facebook and Youtube, this has only occurred in the past few weeks, this is the message I am getting: Plusnet biffins are still working on it after sending the latest router.

The connection for this site is not secure

www.youtube.com uses an unsupported protocol.

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite.

No problems with Youtube here... don`t do facebook... so can`t say for that..

what browser are you using ?   you may have to reset something in the "privacy" or "security" settings then restart your browser..

It's the same on Windoe10, Google and Firefox, everyone I have connected with are baffled.

All sorted now, Plusnet think it's a problem with the new router they sent me.
