Error during order

Hi
I made an error while ordering the broadband service. While it was being processed, I was updated that there was a potential problem and a question was opened. I updated it, but haven't received word that it has been acknowledged. I'm concerned that I may have sabotaged myself :-P
My question number is 71636311.

Cheers for the heads up - our provisioning team will pick that up for you, that should happen within the next day or so. That may well be the reason for the error, too Smiley
