Error Loading CTMBHA.DLL

On booting up my computer i get the following message:-
Error Loading CTMBHA.DLL. A Dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed.
Whilst the computer seems to be running ok, it is annoying constantly having this message appear.
Has anyone any ideas how to get rid of this message and problem?

Re: Error Loading CTMBHA.DLL

A quick Google around suggests it's a Soundblaster file and many people have fixed this problem by re-installing drivers for their sound card.

Re: Error Loading CTMBHA.DLL

Thanks for your repsonse. Unfortunatety i did try this somewhile ago, but it didn't seem to work.
Hence, asking for some advice. I have stopped the error message appearing, by preventing the the start up routine looking for this file, but it's not corrected the real issue. So any further advice as to how to correct the problem would be very welcome.
