Embedded Visual C++ v3?

Hi
I'm hoping to write an app to run on a Casio EG-800 running Windows CE v3 on a MIPS processor. I've hit a snag...
It looks like I need Embedded Visual C++ v3 and the MS website no longer offers it for download (and the one link that did look promising took me to the latest versions which are of no use). It seems that the latest versions are all designed for CE .NET devices which mine isn't!
I have Visual Studio 2005 but that only seems to support CE v5 and no lower.
Anyone got any ideas?

Hmm tried those links but mysteriously i must be a paid up member to download anything! I've seen loads of these similar download sites all apparently offering these rare files for a one time subscription fee but i am very doubtful of any of them being legitimate.
Anyone else got any other suggestions? - M$ are dragging their feet over the issue but i am at least getting the odd "we're still on the case" email every few days...

Just had a look on my MSDN subscription, it's the only version not on there there is 1.52, 2 and 4.2
Very odd.
