After the last system Plusnet failure my autologin doesn't work and I can't remember how to set it.
Jess was no help as you would expect

Is this what you need? Not sure if you need to remove the existing cookie first.

Yes it is - I missed your post but found it using Google
However - I don't see how I couldn't see this from my standard link to the member centre
