Email settings for Windows Mobile 6.0

Just reset my O2XDA to remove Onebridge to go to ActiveSync (companys swapped from Domino to Exchange). Lost my plusnet email settings of course.
Tried the settings at http://www.plus.net/support/email/setup/mobile_phone_email.shtml but it won't authenticate properly to receive (I know I need to authenticate to send SMTP). Just says "Logging on" for ages, then fails.
I know I had to add @plus.net or .plus.net or something somewhere.
Any ideas anyone?

For authentication the relay (sending) servers need exactly the same main account username and password you use for logging into the Member Centre, no @anythings.
For receiving it is the same username and password for the main account or username+mailboxname and mailboxpassword for the mailbox called mailboxname (again no @anythings).
